2. General provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the Website, services, and products of Mato Creative Studio.

The Administrator stores the User's data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and after that time for the period required by law or until User’s consent is withdrawn.

deletion of data - the User has the right to ask the Administrator to delete the processed data. The data will be deleted if its further processing is not necessary in connection with the obligation imposed on the Administrator by specific regulations,
restrictions on data processing - The User has the right to request the Administrator to restrict the processing of data if they consider that full processing is not necessary or should be suspended due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided,
data transfer - The User has the right to transfer their data to a third party,
objection to data processing - The User has the right to object to the processing of data by us based on our legitimate interests, e.g. for marketing purposes, at any time,
not to be subject to automated decision-making - User hasthe right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning User or similarly significantly affecting him,
withdrawal of consent - If the User has consented to the processing of their data, they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time,
lodging a complaint - The User has the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator's activities in the field of data processing with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw.

The Website is not intended for children. Children under the age of 16 who wish to use the services available on the Website should seek the assistance of a parent or guardian. If a child under the age of 16 has disclosed personal data to us, a parent or guardian may contact the Administrator to have it deleted.
